''Our most prized posessions of the NOVA race are the twins that shared the 3rd rank, Tenso and Xyro Kiragami.

Xyro was perfect; angelic, golike and holy. He was the perfect subject, a natural born leader. We have great belief that he will bring great things for the NOVA race, our work wouldn't be a waste.

Tenso was nothing like that however. He was vermin with extrodinary power. But he himself couldn't control it, his body would break up and crack like mold. We hated the sight of him, but we were terrified of him as well, so we threw him away and focused on Xyro instead. He may have been the living anomoly, but he was a failure. PRXJECT XIII didn't produce failures.

We plan to have them fight to the death as brothers, we implanted viruses inside their coding to have that happen. Whoever wins that war will continue the future as they see fit.''
